Free Online Exercise Video Library and Instant Message Online Personal Training

As your virtual online personal trainer I have assembled a collection of free online personal training videos to make an attempt to compile a complete collection of free online fitness exercises on video to help you with your online fitness needs and give you access to online personal trainer resources. Making a collection of free online personal trainer videos from the many resources available to me as an online personal trainer is not easy but you can believe me that I will do my best as your online personal trainer to keep this online library updated the best that I can and keep it's content fresh. If you need my personal help using this video library, please consider trying out my personal training by instant message. It wouldn't cost you anything and I would be able to set up a rudimentary yet very effective training program for you and give you exercise tips and motivation on your training days. I will give a split routine where you will do a different type of training for a different part of the body to keep it varied and interesting. This is important because if we do the same type of routine day in and day out we can hit a "plateau" and not get anywhere. As I mentioned in my core training section, exercises done while seated and on a fixed plane of motion do not bring maximum results and are not of a functional value. Doing exercises while standing, or with equipment that presents an instable environment has been shown to engage much more muscle groups and most importantly the core muscles. Since I don't know your level of fitness, you will have to decide for yourself which free online personal training program to choose. Please do be careful to only do the exercises that you feel you are ready for, and feel free to look at all fitness levels of the free online personal training program to get an idea where you think you are. You may be at a certain fitness level but a particular exercise may be too difficult, so you may have to look at the lower level of fitness for a similar exercise and work your way up.

Something you should know about this free online personal training program

It should always be kept in mind that this is a very generalized online personal training program intended to attempt to fit a broad range of people. You must be very careful to only do those exercises that you know you can do. Also, as a personal trainer certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, I would normally use a particular protocol for my personal training program design to address the fitness goals and needs of an individual client, which I can't exactly do here because it is for a very broad group. The protocol that I would follow to design the personal training program would be done in stages to ensure proper advancement of my client's balance, strength, and if so desired, power. What I did here was create an online personal training program video lirary along the same principles of the protocol of training, it is set up to have various stages of training to address balance, strength, and power - however I have kept it very general with the acute variables (reps, sets, rest, etc.) very "cookie cutter" and the program is made to give exercises that train all modalities to make sure all stages of training are met, though without an individual plan. As far as your own individual level of fitness, you will have to decide for yourself from the information I give you what you can do and when you're ready to move it to the next level. Rest assured though that there will be plenty of personal training variety with the exercises if you do a different modality each time you train.
